The Backpack Buddy Program, in partnership with Greenville County Schools, provides weekend foods for needy families. Backpacks feature foods like cereal, grits, peanut butter/jelly, nutrigrain/granola bars, pop top soups, and raviolis, oatmeal, fruit cups, mac & cheese, pop tarts, crackers, 100% fruit juice boxes.

Killingsworth is an eight room residence for women who are recovering from drug abuse or mental health disorders.

Services provided include: 24 hour a day support by trained personnel; individual and group counseling; assistance with job or educational placement; spiritual development; life-skills training; and relapse prevention.

The residence provides daily meals and lodging at a nominal fee per week. Financial assistance to the residents is often available from other agencies in the community.
